By purchasing or using any phone case or accessory manufactured or sold by Viperr, you agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: Viperr products are designed to provide cosmetic style and basic surface protection. No protective case can prevent all potential damage to electronic devices under every condition. You assume all risks associated with the drop, impact, moisture exposure, or everyday wear and tear of your device.
No Guarantee of Device Protection: Viperr makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, that our products will protect your device against screen cracks, internal hardware failure, liquid ingress, or any other physical damage.
Exclusion of Incidental and Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viperr shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to:
⚬ Damage to mobile phones, tablets, or other personal electronic devices.
⚬ Loss of data, software, or digital files.
⚬ Personal injury or property damage resulting from normal or abnormal product use.
Maximum Liability Limit: In any event or under any legal theory (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), Viperr’s maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific Viperr product that gave rise to the claim.
Proper Installation: Viperr is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, modified products, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear over time.
